Business Development & Growth Executive

--Cognify Analytics, FB Area, Block 4, Karachi--
This role is suitable for someone with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client outreach, and growth marketing. The selected candidate will primarily focus on generating qualified business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline, while also supporting practical marketing initiatives that help Cognify Analytics attract and engage potential clients.

You will work closely with the company’s leadership and technical teams to understand our AI, software development, data analytics, automation, and technology consulting services and communicate their value effectively to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target industries, companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, Upwork, networking, and other relevant channels.

  • Create personalized outreach messages based on the prospect’s business needs.

  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their requirements and challenges.

  • Schedule and participate in discovery calls and client meetings.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities in the company’s CRM or tracking system.

Growth and Marketing Support

  • Support the execution of lead-generation and B2B growth campaigns.
  • Assist in managing Cognify Analytics’ LinkedIn presence and company updates.

  • Create or coordinate basic B2B content such as service posts, case studies, project highlights, and client success stories.

  • Assist with email campaigns and lead-nurturing activities.

  • Research competitors, market trends, target industries, and new business opportunities.

  • Help improve the positioning of Cognify Analytics’ services across LinkedIn, Upwork, the company website, and sales materials.

  • Track campaign and outreach performance, including response rates, meetings booked, proposals submitted, and conversions.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.

  • Ability to confidently communicate with international prospects and decision-makers.

  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, cold calling, or Upwork business development.

  • Strong proposal-writing, follow-up, and sales-messaging skills.

  • Ability to understand client requirements and communicate business solutions clearly.

  • Good research, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups independently.

  • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.

  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing, content, and lead-nurturing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or growth.

  • Must be available for a full-time onsite position in Karachi.

  • Must be proactive, organized, confident, and target-oriented.

  • Must be comfortable taking ownership of outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline development.
