We are looking for an Odoo Developer to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience with Odoo development and want to work on real-world ERP implementation, customization, and integration projects.

You will work closely with our technical and business teams to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements

  • Work with existing Odoo modules and extend their functionality

  • Develop and maintain custom Odoo addons

  • Integrate Odoo with third-party APIs and external systems

  • Work with PostgreSQL databases and Odoo ORM

  • Identify and fix bugs and performance issues

  • Support Odoo implementation and deployment projects

  • Collaborate with functional consultants and the engineering team

  • Understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Python

  • Experience with Odoo development

  • Understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, models, views, and modules

  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL

  • Understanding of XML and Odoo views

  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations

  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills

  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions

Good to Have:

  • Experience with JavaScript or OWL

  • Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo deployment

  • Familiarity with Docker and Linux

  • Experience with Odoo Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, or HR modules

  • Knowledge of Git and version control

  • Previous experience working on Odoo implementation projects
