Junior Business Developer
--Cognify Analytics, FB Area, Block 4, Karachi--
We are looking for a Junior Business Developer to join our onsite team in Karachi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in business development, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork proposals, lead generation, and client communication.
The selected candidate will help Cognify Analytics generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, writing proposals, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to potential clients and introduce our services professionally
- Perform LinkedIn outreach to identify and connect with relevant prospects
- Write and send Upwork proposals for relevant projects
- Research companies, decision-makers, and potential leads
- Maintain and update lead lists and outreach records
- Follow up with prospects through calls, LinkedIn, email, and Upwork
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand services, case studies, and client requirements
- Help schedule discovery calls and meetings with interested prospects
- Track outreach performance and improve messaging based on responses
Nice to have
- Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, or Upwork proposals
- Basic understanding of software, AI, automation, data analytics, or IT services
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo CRM) or Google Sheets
- Experience writing emails, proposals, or sales messages
- Any internship, academic project, or personal experience related to sales or marketing
Must Have
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Must be available for a full-time onsite role in Karachi
- Highly creative and autonomous
